Ive got a bad cold.
woke up early on friday. Nearly coughing my head off.
I had a nose bleed, it was so bad.
I went to work that day. Felt like death.
I had biked to work the day before. Maybe got cold then.
I stayed in bed from 5pm on friday night to 5 am on monday morning.
well nearly.
I was so weak.
would get out of bed and then flop down on it. shattered.
I think the problem is that some of the mucus from my nose is going onto my tongue. Making me wretch
had that all the way back from the bus tonight. My throat is wrecked

Raiding Party
I used to bike into town to go to the pub. The bus service was rubbish then. Last bus was before 7pm. I would call this a Raiding Party. As I like to have dramatic names for things. I would either bike back if I wasnt too drunk. Or get a Taxi. I got more unfit so stopped doing that. And the bus service got better.
I thought I would go to town on Saturday night. I have my Gold bike. I got it about 15 years ago. I built it up as a mountain bike.
